Anybody knows how i can change the Version of my Contorller from 8.6.8 to 8.6.7? I have tried with WoV and then changed the Version i download to controller. But every time I try this it fails with the message that the version don't match. Can anybody help me?

I do not have it in front of me but I think it was: right click on controller in the device view and then navigate to controller options. I am not sure whether downgrade works at all. Upgrade yes.
If a specific firmware version is not part of the dropdown list you can simply edit it in.

I have done that already, the problem is I can't download it.
WoV pops a failmessage that the version in the project doesn't match with the controller.
Werll and what KSS version is installed on the controller. If its KSS8.6.7 or below. How should it know how to handle projects for newer versions unknown at the time of its release. Upgrade controller to 8.6.8 or newer.

Do you really want to install the lower version of the KSS via WorkVisual? This is not possible. You need the install medium for the desired version.
Where is your thread about confirming passive Stop via external signal ?
Think you should try the easier solution by making this entry into the .xml file to prevent the confirmation.
actually KSS 8.6 is for KR C4 and KSS 8.7 for KR C5 controllers

I think you have to make the software update within the hmi
both are 8.6.x so your license will cover both variants (as long as those first two numbers match). rolling back one version is not as common but it works just like upgrade to next version. rolling back is normally only used when there is a bug in newer release.
anyway, installing different release means you need to get installation files for version you want to use from KUKA, and you need to install it (of have KUKA do that for you). this means also making needed backups before and after migration, converting project and taking responsibility for outcome (good or bad).
installation file just for KSS is a large download in Gb range. simply changing couple of characters in WoV and trying to deploy project is not how KSS is deployed.

I didn't know that i can't change the version over WoV. I thought i can change the last number of the version with WoV.
KSS version in WorkVisual project need to match KSS version on controller.
WorkVisual has list of some KSS versions that you can select from. If the value is not there, you can type it in. But this only sets version in the offline project, it does not change version of KSS that is installed on the KRC controller.
