At our company we have an NH3 160-3.4 robot with an c4g control unit, we have 7 axis where 7 is a rail system where the robot moves after a turn set on axis 7 we receive the message pos out of range for the home position, we tried redoing the turn set and also tried to calib but non of these seem to resolve the problem, is there any solution for this that we can do ourself

Hello,
It looks like home position for rail is not good.. can you check actual position of robot and rail and compare with home position in system variables?
