You can easilly clear such reminders - go to STATUS -> Reminders and then click F3 Complete on each avtivity which was performed, such as "Change mech. battery", etc.
My robot is having this alarm do I just need to change the batteries on it or what
Change the mechanical batteries and clear the reminder as described above. Do not power off the robot while changing the mechanical batteries! Further information can be found in the maintenance manuals of your robot and controller.

Click on MENU > STATUS > Reminder to open the Maintenance Reminder. If it's not visible
then check if FULL MENUS is active via FCTN > QUICK/FULL MENUS > ENTER.
