Some questions about making a mobile controlled robot

    Hello, I'm trying to make a mobile controlled robot without microcontroller for my Diploma Final Year Project. But I am facing problem regarding DTMF Module. When I connect the battery to its respective pins I am getting RANDOM outputs at pin no 11,12,13,14 and 15. So can you help me to come out of this problem. ( once i have discharged all the capacitors and tried again but same problem occurs again )

    And I also wanted to know the connection of AUX Cable in the circuit.

    You didn't provide any information about what hardware you are using.

    Pins 11,12,13,14,15 of what?
