greetings
we have a krc2 mp5 controller (us edition) and it was working fine. I have removed one of the memory module to check similar system and returned back but after rebooting system it got stuck on cross 3 screen
please do advice

Remove and re-seat the RAM. Do the same for any adjoining RAM modules.
Also check any/all connectors on the motherboard that could have been jostled while you were changing the RAM.
