What motherboard did it have originally? What motherboard did you replace it with? Is the new motherboard a KUKA motherboard?
-
Did you tried as suggested on the screen on the first picture "press F2 to load defaults and continue"(you need keyboard plugged in KPC) 😁?

Did you restart the krc after connecting keyboard and mouse?
PS/2 normally requires shut down and restart

DannyDJ Thanks for the reply
yes we tried that but no response(please find attachment)
From video it looks like keyboard doesn't listen... did you used PS/2 or USB keyboard... if it's usb i think USB ports have to be activated in the BIOS on SUPER 370SBA because usually this versions of KRC2 had WIN95 installed(WIN95 didn't support USB).
And pressing F1 also doesn't work? It should get you into BIOS.

Hi all
greetings,
ISSUE got solved. following are the steps we followed
1.replaced CMOS battery
2.force started pc using jumpers
3. bios setting
thanks everyone for the advice

well... not exactly... so for completeness sake it should be something like
1, power down controller
2. replace CMOS backup battery (CR2032)
3. connect PS2 keyboard. USB keyboard may work too if enabled in BIOS but .... since BIOS settings are scrambled that is not guaranteed to work. so on older motherboard use PS2 instead of USB.
4. power up controller (after keyboard is connected)
5. force start by means of jumper
6. enter BIOS and load default settings
7. save the settings
