Our Fanuc robot has Jetware software on it and when we create a new geometry feature like a rectangle, circle, or slot it will not create it and we loose most of our menu options.
Has anyone else run into this before? It seems like a software issue.

I'm not familiar with Jetware, but this sounds like you are out of memory in the the robot.

JetWare is an software package from an integrator called SPA (https://shapeprocessautomation.com/), formerly known as DRS, KMT, and RPT - you'll probably have one of those TLAs somewhere on your robot cell. If it isn't a memory problem like Nation suggests, I'd give their tech support a call. They were the original integrator for one of my robots and have been incredibly helpful every time I've had to call them.
