have you checked the log files?
During boot? During production? On specific events, or at random intervals?
it was at 10%
I would expect vxworks did not not start (10%)
Log files are needed!
If VxWorks gets stuck during start, the usual suspects are, from most to least likely:
1. File corruption (re-install KSS)
2. Hard drive issue (bad sector, try a new hard drive)
3. Motherboard: Usually RAM needing replacement, but sometimes it's the motherboard itself.
or just simply send log files (there should be a lot of them)
you also could try a communication with telnet - this could help you as well
I try to change RAM but it not worked.
This is the log file.

I try Telnet 192.0.1.1 and it have some error ?
Is this VXWorks?
It says: no free memory left
what memory is this ?
VxWorks. At startup all programs and other stuff is downloaded from hard disk into the ramdisk container for VxWorks. Try to delete some programs from hard disk before starting (after back up of course).
Fubini
which program is loaded to RAM, that I can delete
Primarily all user programs (sec und dat) you do not need. What's not needed is up to you. Its not a single specific file. Basically everything underneath c:/krc/roboter/r1 is downloaded. Most people tend to place their user programs inside the program folder but thats not guaranteed. Anywhere under r1 would be valid.
I would do a backup of the program folder and then try to restart without anything in the folder just to see if it boots up then.
If this does not help I would try setting up Windows Embedded and KRC from scratch.
If this does not work either I would suspect hardware issues like defect hdd or ram.
Fubini
HDD, Mather board and RAM are OK.
I get image from another KRC2 and now everything is OK .
But I don't get where was the problem.
Thanks to all for your help.
File corruption on the hard drive, probably in the VxWorks executables. It happens sometimes.
...that brings me to another question, something I haven't tried on an ABB before: I've seen GOs and GIs that "overlap" with DO/DIs. Can I also do that with AOs and AIs?
That is, if I have DIs mapped to inputs 1-10 on a device, can I also have an AI mapped to the same inputs 1-10 on the same device?
