hi, im very new to robot programming, im still in the learning stage, wanting to solve a problem with the robot. I upload a image, that apparently goes wrong, in the main screen shows a message
"SPERROR 380011 FRS:TPKS1200.LD3"
i try to do a cold start, hot start, controller start, even a init start, and still show me that message, i upload the same image and a diferent image and gives me the same result.
What's happened during loading?
Why the image was not loaded properly?
Are you able to enter BOOT MONITOR?

I loaded the image like usually and the controller was always ON, it only allows me to enter boot monitor when i want to do a hot\cold satrt shows me the alarm
Ok, but be more specific - you're loading the image, controller was ON, and what's happend? All files were loaded with success or not?
Was it a proper image - the same size as the controller memory?
