I got a robot with only 4 digital inputs and outputs (no option for fieldbusses). My "enable" bit is using one of my inputs, it is possible to change it so I dont have to use a physical input to it?

I can only guess that by "move enable bit" you mean $Move_enable. Point it to 1025 and it will be permanently on.
