After power showing "ABB robotics Boot Application"

    After start robot power supply its showing connecting to robot controller but booting process not complete,

    So we restart power supply after that showing window "ABB robotics Boot Application" and some options open as shown in image.

    Please suggest solution.

    with a bit of luck you go to "Select System" and select the shown system corresponding to what was the last time running (name would be the same as in a backup) and then use "Restart Controller"


    with bad luck you bricked the system and have to set up a now one from a backup and install it

    and with even more bad luck you mayby need a new cf card as well

    But can u tell us what corrective action we have to taken eliminate the same problem.

    When power is removed, the controller still provides enough power to the computer unit for it to backup the memory. This backup takes 5 - 10 seconds and then the computer shuts down. If you restore power before it finishes backing up, the backup can be corrupted. As a general rule, wait 20 seconds after powering off before turning the power back on.
