E9000 error

Dear My friends

Hi,

I am new in Panasonic robot but have experience with ABB,FANUC ,...

I have some error when robot comes up as attach file .

E9000(system data error) and A5000

My controller is G2 and robot is TA-1900

would you please help me for run the robot

The mother board doesn't have battery

Is it cause this error ?

NO. E800x is battery error.

I Think its More likely corrupt system data, do y have a service backup? (not normal backup but from a service technician?

I am only a offline programmer for a company. i don't have service technician credentials. if you don't have a "service technician backup" you need to contact one.
