I had my JS010 (AD Controller) working fine for a couple of months after I bought it. Now when I turn it on, it shows a "ERR(-1410) Power source (100V) of power block A is low." and sometimes a "ERR(-1417) P-N of jt 1 overcurrent." error which goes away after leaving the controller on for a while. Then when I go to enable the motor power, after about 5 seconds it will shutoff with no error. Looking at the control boards, when motor power shuts off the "HV" light on the 1BP board illuminates for a vert short amount of time.
So far I have checked all of the voltage test points I can find and they seem good. I disabled the HV alarm via the switches on the 1AE board and the motor power would stay on until the regenerative resistor reaches its thermal cutoff. To me it sounds like the regenerative resistor is being turned on because the voltage sensing circuit has failed.
Just wanted to see if this is an issue anyone else has experience with and could give me some pointers on what to check before I go spending money on new parts.
