Request for Ethernet communication

Hi,

I need to create string format to send request to robot controller according to the Ethernet manual but i have problem with it.

According to this request format, i sent below string format but it isn't correct. Can anyone help about it?

I have problem with "99999999" number and i don't know it must change to hex our use it?

Also with 0000_0000 value, it must use same in the string or must convert?

I use this format:

YERC00200000030100000000_0000999999990072000100010000

Is this format correct according to manual?

I am using UDP software for send this format same as Hercules software.

Can you give me what format i send for this example in the picture?
