Connect PLC to Robot controller

    I am in the same boat here. I think I remember someone saying that you have to email Techsupport@motoman.com to get access to the Ethernet I/P. This of course is after you have purchased the add-on feature of the Ethernet IP License. (If installed then there should be a sticker inside controller) See attached print.179298-1.pdf


    I believe this is what you need to seen tech support (serial number info)


    Also need to send them the warranty ID# on the front of the controller
