Hello everyone, we have trouble with an old S3 M93 irb1400 welder.The robot stop to many times at arc start,the wire seams burn at the tip.Is there any parameter to fix that? Is possible to put a retry option on this robot?

I thought IRB1400 were S4 M94 and newer.

You might have an arc sense issue.
I helped someone get a 1500 running 20+ yrs ago but they never did use it. I remember setting up a 1500 was different than a 2000.
