Errors are seldom thrown by a piece of Hardware directly. What are you using apart from Hardware? Whats the message text? What does KUKA message help tell about this error?

post details, robot arm size is not relevant in this case, but KSS version and message(s) details are. so post screenshot rather than own wording what the message supposedly tells.
note, when log viewer cannot find message data or uses wrong version of message data, messages are shown just with M followed by number rather than message.
