I am new in ABB robots, i will connect a Profibus card to ABB robot, can you explain how i can do it and what setting it needs?

You should read the ABB manual for Profibus, everything is described there in detail. If you have questions after reading the manual, come back an ask in detail.
It's too much to describe that all here in forum, and nearly every thing is in the manual.

• In the RobotWare installation folder in RobotStudio: ...\RobotPackages\

• On the IRC5 Controller: <SystemName>\PRODUCTS\
<RobotWare_xx.xx.xxxx>\utility\service\ioconfig\PROFIBUS\
(Use Robotstudio's "File transfer" explorer for IRC5 controller)
