Perfect circle without stopping

Hi

I have basic questions

How big is the circle (diameter)?

Is the robot tool perfectly perpendicular to the circle surface ?

Do you have more points than 3 ?, you need 4 to overrun the end into the beginning

Use fine for that start and end point. Use CNT100 for all intermediate points.

Robots in general cannot create "perfect" circles due to backlash. That affect is worse on smaller diameter circles.

There is a paid option, small circle accuracy, that can help, but I'm not sure if it is available for that model.

Try setting termination type to CNT100 and add PTH instruction at the end of the motion line.
