Sounds like you may be in simulation mode
select the program press enter press menus select test cycle to see if it is on.
another note is to check speed over ride.
Have you set the correct payload? By default, I think that all are set to maximum. Is it operating near singularity or close to robot end of work envelope?
There is also a program speed override variable. Ensure it is at 100 or use the startup check.
Also there is a speed select menu.
Also UOP safe speed.
I am also having a similar problem.
I have fully commissioned my robot and everything is set and taught. But this is a repeat job, and my robot is moving about half the speed as the last job.
I have went through the override parameters. But could be missing something.

It ended up being somewhere in the System Variables, I reloaded my SysVar file from the backup I have from my last job, and it started chugging along great.
