Hi, do you guys know how to check the polarity of xgpio in the kawasaki robot controller. It's F60F-A001, and I honestly have no idea if the outputs in my controller are PNP or NPN or it doesn't matter.

All of this information is contained in the External IO Manual (Section 2.2) you should have received with the purchased robot and controller.
Polarity (NPN/PNP) configuration is decided on how you wire the interfaces for 2AB/2AE and 2AW boards.
Incorrect wiring of this interface may cause permanent damage to the boards.
