You performed a restoration of a complete hard drive image, using the KSR stick? And that image was created when the robot was operating correctly?
If so, that suggests a hardware issue.
or perhaps an issue collecting or restoring image. check logs on your usb recovery stick.
Yes, I checked the windows images, there are some problems with the windows image. Now I change another image, now it works, I can ping from my laptop to Kuka controller. However, the smartpad still doesn't work, it says that I couldn't set IP address automatically.
