YRC 1000 I/F Panel Calling Job

    I am looking at using the robot teach pendant as the HMI (for now), and I am trying to create a pushbutton to select the Main Job.


    I have been able to make counters and check input signals from other parts of the controller but I haven't been able to call a job and I am not sure what address to set for the push button.


    Any ideas?

    You would create a pushbutton on the I/F panel. In the ladder program you would add this pushbutton address in parallel with the rung that calls the master job, probably 40070. The pushbutton would be the 60000 series address of the button.

    I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.
