I am trying to transfer my programm on Kuka sunrise to Kuka iiwa robot controller. But I can't do the synchronization due to some reasons, can anybody help me?

Well, you need to get few things sorted out before you even try. For example you need to determine exact Sunrise OS version. Then you need to make sure you are using exactly the same version of Sunrise Workbench.
Next step is to get currently used project from controller, add new programs, then deploy project back to controller
If that does bot work, for example because there is no project on controller, you need to create one from scratch. This also means correctly select media flange etc.
And if Sunrise Workbench is newer than software version on the controller, there are many more things to take care off.
This includes updating PDS firmware, installing correct wov and swb, installing options onto swb machine, installing software on controller, deploying project....
