    Hi,

I am using a KRC5 micro, and a try to add a new NAT port, but when I save the settings was informed that will be apply after a cold start, but after restart nothing happens, no port added.

Has any idea, how can proceed in order to add new port?

Do a cold boot as mentioned and no hibernate maybe. Go to the shutdown menu and set options accordingly.

I did a cold start, but nothing happens. Maybe I should do an other settings, in order to save it.

    Hi,

I am currently experiencing a similar problem. I have a KR10 running KSS8.6.8. I am trying to add a NAT port 7000, tcp/udp permision. I have done a cold start and reload files and my port is not registered in the network configuration.

I have another KR10 with KSS8.3 and with that one I have no problem adding my port.

@abuzdea Can you please let me know if you have found a solution for your problem?

    Thanks!

    HI luzAv,

My problems didn't solve on that controller regarding NAT.

But I use EternetKRL in order to resolve my issue.

    Regards, Alex

other user reported same issue, perhaps there is a problem with 8.6 configuration plugin.

try making change, saving change then verify if the KliConfig.xml is really modified.

if not make change by hand then perform cold boot with reload files

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2
