    Having trouble getting K 2 contactors to latch in manual. They flick down but jump straight back out with a string of errors. 20032 rev counter not updated

    39102 bleeper overload

    20207 backplanr enable open

    10012 guatd stop state

    37001 contactor actibate error

    As soon as I press motor button, the EN LED on the panel unit goes out and back on. Continuity through contactors look good. Even on dead man same fault occurs. Anyone got any ideas?

    The IRB6400 was available across several generations of controller with multiple variations. If you can be specific on the controller model, M94A for example, someone can give more precise advise than check the contactors.

    As Lemster68 said, the rev. counter error is irrelevant at this point.
