I got GP7 + YRC1000, with this damn SmartPendant..
I would like to define Cubic Area with SoftwarePendant (the old one) and then use SOUT (Specified Output) signal in the program after entering the zone, how can I do it?
e.g I have Zone 9 + SOUT#65
how to create a condition with this signal in program logic, so that it also works on the SmartPendant??
I've never worked with Motoman robots until recently so I'm just curious as to what your application is for using the interference? Are you using the interference while inside a zone to prevent crashes?

you can set all that in ladder. If the robot is in that area and what ever you want, to send it home.

write in byte or local bytes and use in programm (1 in zone 0 not in zone)

Any time you get a Yaskawa robot with the "Smart Pendant" (or not-so smart pendant) you should buy or get at least one regular pendant for your plant. There are lots of things you can not do with the smart pendant. If you have a regular pendant you can swap the pendants (with the power off) do the changes and put the smart pendant back (once again with the power off).
