so I've been doing this robot thing for about 6 months, no schooling just winging it more or less and was curious about something.....
My work had a robot cell existing when i took this job, set up by central mcgowen. its 2 r-2000ia machines working together to trim plastic trailer beds. in manual mode i can move robot 1 in WORLD coordinate but robot 2 doesn't have the WORLD option, instead it has S/WORLD which moves the same as WORLD (from what I could tell).
what exactly is S/WORLD? my guess was it had something to do with the 2 robots working together? what's the reasoning for the S/WORLD vs WORLD?
just happened upon it yesterday and was curious to learn.
Thanks.
