I know there is a way to get rid of this extra step, where do I go to change this ?

It'll help olny when deadman was released, but not shift.

What is the fault error message?
Thank you to all, this has helped but not exactly what I was requesting.
I want to not "Fault Reset" just because i took my thumb off of shift. I want to hit shift and go.
Can anyone help ?

Then after a fault: release Deadman, then reengage the Deadman, then press shift and go.
