You can not download them anywhere. They are not free software. You have to buy them from KUKA.

I don't know about these newer KRC5, but on previous KRC generations You would find these option packages at D: drive, inside KUKA_OPT folder.
If the packages were bought, obviously.
As Fubini says, any option packages that were installed onto the robot (either at the factory or later) will leave copies of the installer (including the KOP files for most option packages) in that location on the D: drive.
If an option you want is not listed in the D: drive, or on the pendant (HELP>INFORMATION>OPTIONS), then you will need to purchase that option from KUKA.
Every KRC comes with a version of KSS pre-installed at the factory. The exact version depends on the age of the controller -- generally, every KRC leaves the factory with whatever revision number is the highest production release of KSS at that time. Unless you specifically require a higher KSS revision for some reason, the version that comes with the KRC should be fine.
Just FYI: 8.7 for KRC5 on the software side of things is 100% identical to 8.6 for KRC4. Only a few internal modifications so that it works with the new KRC5 controller hardware.
