We have over 800 CAD models of parts, we started working on painting automation with 2 robots. Everything is still in its infancy.
I wonder what is the fastest and most efficient way to make 800 robot programs if I have CAD models.
Parts should move on the conveyor belt at a speed of 4m / min. Robots should paint the parts. How to make all programs for all parts the fastest and most efficiently?
Which system do you think is best for recognizing parts on the conveyor belt? Camera?
