Hello. I have KRC4 small size with KR10R1100(KSS v8.5.8), WorkVisual v5.1.10,I want to connect KRC4 to IR-ETN with EtherNet/IP,Is there a way to use KUKA as an local adapter?

no.... KRC is always EtherCat master. So when connecting to another EtherCat master, one must use bridge. Normally that would be EL6692 or EL6695. Both require bus coupler on primary side of the bridge
