Does any know or have a manual or a file that defines what the zswitches are, and what they do. If so may I get a copy. Thanks

Z Switches are not user settings and Kawasaki did not make these available to the general public as far as I'm aware due to the potential of severely disrupting the operation of the robot if they were to be changed/applied incorrectly and also due to the shear amount of them which is constantly increasing.
If they were, then they would supply an official document when purchasing the robot.
I believe integrator/system partner status clients have access to this information, but under the premise of not releasing this information too.
I suggest you contact Kawasaki directly for this information.
