That depends on the communication protocol that the camera can do.
Camera use Ethernet protocol.
In the Yaskawa robots there are some function that camera can use those. It connect Ethernet and this functions for send data from camera to robot.
Have you looked into the integrated vision option? You might need the PC interface option if you want to use TCP/IP protocol or you could do socket messaging. If you have to write, develop and debug your own code then it could be very expensive in terms of the time it costs you.
"Ethernet" is not a protocol -- it's a cable. Lots of different protocols can transmit across ethernet, including Ethernet/IP, ProfiNet, EtherCat, TCP/IP Socket Messaging, UDP, and many more.
Yes we have pc and will integrate vision codes in our pc but we don't know how the data (position of workpieces) can send to the robot,
We don't know it need any active option for use it on the robot.
Where the data from camera can go? It go to variables or other locations?
This requires that you answer two questions:
1. What data protocols does your camera support?
2. What protocols does your robot support? This will depend on what options the robot has installed.
If you're unsure about what options the robot has - do a backup and then post the backinfo.txt file found in the BACKINFO folder. The options and software version are listed in this file.
I will do it after take a backup.
If it need other infor from robot, please let me know.
Just use socket communication
For Example:
TCP/IP Socket Connection with IRC5 — ABB Robotics User Forums (robotstudio.com)
Is it possible send me a document that explain for take backup from files in the robot?

Thank you, for use this method, do it need any option on the robot controller?
I'm not sure but:
-If you are using Service Port on Main Computer 616-1 PC Interface not required
-If you are using WAN or another LAN Port 616-1 PC interface required
Hi again,
I check the communication protocol, the camera must connect to IRC5 and S7-400 Siemens via Profibus.
Please guide for this connection.

Probably not possible. The camera can connect to the IRC5, or to the S7, not to both at once. Most ProfiBus implementations do not support multi-master.
If both the IRC5 and the S7 require data from the camera, probably the simplest approach is to have both the camera and the IRC5 configured as ProfiBus slaves, and the S7 as the ProfiBus master. Then, the S7 will need to be programmed to transfer data between the camera and the robot.
Does the robot have a ProfiBus option installed? Does the S7 have a ProfiBus option installed? Both will be necessary.
Yes, you said correct, we will camera and IRC5 become Profibus slave ans S7 become master.
There are Profibus on the S7 but on the IRC5 i am not sure, i will check it.
If there are Profibus card on the IRC5, do it need active any parameters on the robot for use?
Of course you have to setup the Profibus, at least the slave address and the i/O signals.
Can you send me a manual for profibus setting in the IRC5?
