Hello everyone, finally we have been able to revive an old S3 M93 welder with external axes two station.The issue we have now is that the station didn't stay fixet when we execute the working program and goes in servo 2 error, the brakes are ok as long as wen turn of the robot the station doesn't move ,it seam some output stey high ,does anyone have any idea what could be the issue,thanks in advance guys

Glad you made it this far. What is the exact error and subcode?

Remove the 7th servo amp and check the orange connector sockets and the matching rack connector pins. Make sure they are making good connection.
Measure motor resistance from inside the controller to verify wiring and motor resistance.
If the 7th servo amp is the same as one of the others, try swapping them and see if the problem moves.
