Which feature in Fanuc , pre heats the wire before actual welding ?? WHAT IS "ON the Fly" options does in Fanuc - Arc Mate robots??

    I heard that fanuc has feature in it to pre heat the wire before welding, hows that happens

    What is the use of " On the fly" ??

    That appears to be weave settings. Ldwl is left dwell and Rdwl is right dwell. you can set them differently so it'll hold longer one way vs the other, if im remembering that correctly, been awhile since i set up a weave.

    I'm not sure on the heating wire thing but "on the fly" under MENU, DATA, WELD PROCESS is used to increment or decrement the weld parameters during welding.
