Give them the serial number of your robot. with this information they find out what kss version you have and tell you what version you need and how much it will cost.

Like most KUKA options, this too is a commercial product and you need to buy it from KUKA.

there are only few products that are offered for free. As far as i understand it that would be:

WorkVisual

MultiSubmit

DiagnosisSafety (only when you pay for SafeOp, otherwise it is a paid option)

I assume by Virtual KCP you mean Virtual Remote Pendant?

I can tell you it's not free, it's around £2000...

It's not impossible to get it for free, KUKA do sometimes give things out for free to extremely good customers or integrators, but I'm assuming if your asking on here instead of your KUKA rep on speed dial, you will have to pay for it.
