    See if anything is interconnected to DO[9] in the interconnect menu.

    Sounds to me like there is a bit simulated off in the Weld I/O menu

    Hello notverycreative,

    I checked interconnect menu and nothing to DO[9].

    Nothing simulated..

    Strange thing is that i sent to Fanuc service my backup all from above and they told me that simulation in robotguide turn DO9 on with arc start .. but my real robot not..

    They told me that they come to my robot and do complete reinstall..

    Similar problem with CRX-10iA, R30iB Mini Plus, Wire +, Wire -, Gas Purge, all working with dedicated DO, only Weld Start wouldn't. It was suggested to me to use WO1 but for that is necessary to have CRW11 card. I override this issue with additional command to DO[***] ON and OFF.

    CRW11 is connector and

    Process I/O board MB, A05B-2650-J061 is interface card with

    5 WI, 4 (sink) WO, 2 D/A

    Well... if I remember properly, there were some system variables to configure WO as a standard DO... haveing a bit o time, when I find it I'll post.

    Arc starting and Weld start but no one in reality activate DO[101]

    CALL -INST_EASYAW_START() doesn't change DO status

    I ment I/Os like in the I/O Weld Out screen were WOs not DOs like you have, but using some variables it was changed in the system to DOs, even in the screen it were visible like WOs.

    Without proper hardware error was occurred.

    yes offcoarse.. but when you have welding off you can go with lower override but when you have welding on you must have 100.. but our robot behave like you have weld off.. no error when you have for example 85 percent just goes slower but no error because override..

    Vladarius, you may have already checked, but another thing to check is to make sure the robot is not in "Tryout Mode"

    Menu --> i/o --> Cell Interface --> Press f3 to toggle between in/out
