Hi,
The robot stops often and does not receive the plc command and I have detected that the UI siganls are false, I set UI signals True and the robot works perfectly for a while and it goes FALSE again and Idont know why.

you need to be way more specific than that. there are MANY industrial robots out there and you don't specify brand, model, software version,..
Okey sorry my bad,
The robot is Fanuc R-30iB
.I set UI signals True.. .
Where do the UI signals come from?
How do you set them TRUE?

How do you set them TRUE?
MENU > System > Config screen. Set “Enable UI Signals” to TRUE
UI signals are inputs. Those inputs have to be connected to something -- hardware inputs, PLC signals, etc. Just "enabling" the UIs doesn't turn them on.
What do you have connected to the UIs?
MENU > System > Config screen. Set “Enable UI Signals” to TRUE
So the configuration is lost, not the connection to PLC or whatever. But may be if auto configuration for peripheral devices is set to true and connection gets lost, but comes back later again, that can have this effect ?!
If you want those UI always to be TRUE or FALSE then use Rack 35 on I/O UOP In config.
Set SLOT 0 for FALSE, SLOT 1 for TRUE.
That may be dangerous tho. Make sure it is safe to do that.
It is just a quick fix.
I just tried this on my R30iB, just for fun, and found that my robot will not accept Slot 0 -- anything other than Slot 1 shows as Invalid in the I/O Config screen.
Slot 1 works as advertised, though.
I did this a while ago, and just set up slot 1 inverse polarity when I needed FALSE
