I havent used Menu Utility much, but don't you have to call the PROMPTYN program inside your TP program to display the Pop Up?
Why can't you do this:

PRMPTYN('ConfirmPopup',387)

I tried this first and Unfortunately the program is write protected and will not allow this. i can set the output anywhere in the program before the call but i wanted to make it easier to maintain.

attached is the screen shot. It is a system Level macro and not able to be changed. I do have a workaround but i really just want to know if there is a variable that can be monitored.
I don't know of a variable that will do that, but if you copy line 4 to another writable program, you could just add the I/O jmd2777 suggested,
