M-SAF STO DIAG. ERROR

    Hello,

    I have a problem on a robot cell.

    ALARM 4770

    M-SAF STO DIAG. ERROR

    [CPU 2 1234]


    DX 200 with 3 external axis .


    When i turn off the cell the error goes away but reapers after one job completion or after 10 minutes if the cell is not used.

    The alarm list suggest we check cable connections on the boards and if the error persists that we replace the boards. We checked the cables and they seem fine.

    This is a new system and was working correctly last week.

    The problem has been solved.

    It seems there was bad connection on one of the cables.
    We tried multiple things but the solution was to re-plug the cables on the cards next to the CPU .
