i tried that and no diffrence still. No message display anywhere.
Power off, Put dipswitch on 1GA/1HA back to just no. 1 ON only.
Unplug Interbus Card from Rack and Power up again.
When was battery last changed?
Do you have any other spare boards you can try?
Do you have file save from previous working?
No difference with interbus card dissconected.
We bought new battery because it was missing from the controller i also mesured it and its charged.
There was no work done on robot yet.
I dont have any spares.
Well, if the above information is all correct, it appears the 1GA/1HA is damaged.
Can you pull the 1GA/1HA board out and take a picture of the front side of the board?
Can you tell me what harness labels are connected to which 1HP connections?
I have a kawasaki robot (ZX300S F) with (C42F-A001) controller and it was running perfect now i tried to turn it on after few weeks and it displays error on 1Hp board (RED LED) and also on TP there is nothing just backlight is on.
You mentioned this, then later you mention this:

This does make sense........please explain more of background of robot, I know it is ex Jaguar system.
Do you have backup made from when it was working?
XHP-CN1 TOP ROW LEFT ONE (CN1)
XHP-CN2 TOP ROW RIGHT ONE (CN2)
XHP-CN3 BOTTOM ROW LEFT ONE (CN3)
XHP-CN4 BOTTOM ROW RIHGT ONE (CN4)
Ok, you can put 1GA back in, make sure no bent pins at the back.
1HP connections appear correct.
What I cannot understand is you said it was working, then you say battery was missing......
1. Please explain more of background of robot, I know it is ex Jaguar system?
2. Do you have backup made from when it was working?
I know this controller was primarly not with this exact robot. Controller was in jaguar know from paper work that was in controller. About the actual robot i dont know much history.
I have backup that i send u last time. I can send it again if u want.
Yes we bought robot from global robots and i noticed that battery was missing so i ordered new one and pluged it in...since then it was connected all the time.
Since this error occured battery was not missing.
Ah so it's this Controller again..................
The last time we spoke, this was apparently working.....was battery installed then?
Yes its the same one.
Yes it was working and one day we tried to start it up and that happend.
Battery was instaled all the time.
Please explain:
- RS232 cable you are using - Pin out of cable.
- KCWin32 Settings you are using.
- Which ports are you connecting to using RS232 cable.
- Can you show me picture of MFP (lift flap underneath).
this is what im using...i cut it in half and solderd 2-3,3-2, 5-5 (messured with multimeter)
This is the port im using
I also tried with this and that cable on the other picture.
For kcwin setting i only setup port and baud rate same as in device manager.
