    I have a 2700-2 / 02 system,

    Robot 2400/16,


    I'm building the same system inside the robot. system id same.

    But arcware schedule, arc speed, weave options occur differently.


    definition that should be.

    PERS welddata wd1:=[1,10];

    PERS weavedata wv2:=[2,4,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0];


    but that's how I introduced it.

    PERS welddata wd1:=[1];

    PERS weavedata wv2:=[2];


    When I enter options 2 and 3, it gives a syntax error.


    possibly different version of arcware.

    While searching, I found versions 2.0, 2.1, 3.0. but they all had the same problem.


    i saw the option arcware plus in another system. I saw 2700 / 2-56 version of the system on another system. Is it related to the system version or to the arcware option? array definitions are wrong. The array option cannot be added.:exclamation_mark::exclamation_mark::question_mark:

  • i mean the definition from the welddata and weavdate is depend from the configuration the arc System.

    have you verify the proc.cfg?


    have you make a P-Start? it is important in S4c+ Systems

    the working system was backed up while the robot was on. I get this error when I restore the backup file.

  • The /02 on the system disk pack would indicate it is version 02.

    The last version BaseWare 3.2 was 56.

    I would try a newer version disk pack to see if it would help.

    In the past, ABB tech support would supply a link to download the disk pack.


    Note: You cannot load BW 3.1 after loading BW 3.2 as it will corrupt EEPROM on the DSQC373.

  • yes it upgrades eeprom when installing.
