Start with the actual message window, not the ESC window.

SkyeFire, as follows is the actual message window. I'm confused, is the reason for "Drives contactor off" softwer limith switch - A2 or somethig else?
I assume this is an old secondhand robot you're attempting to get up and running?
Use the "Acknowledge All" button, then look at the messages that don't clear. All the yellow (!) messages should clear -- the blue (i) messages will probably remain and need to be dealt with first.
"Drives contactor off" is just a status message, it means the motors aren't on.
The software limit on A2 just means that the robot has been jogged all the way to the limit on that axis. That's pretty normal when the robot is placed into shipping position, and I'm guessing this robot just came off a pallet?
The A1 Mastering message means that the zero-reference mastering on Axis 1 was lost, and that axis will need to be re-mastered.
The "BCO Required" message suggests that you have this robot in AUT or EXT mode -- you should switch to T1.
you should start by posting key information such as KSS version, then adding details like screenshots. please read pinned topic READ FIRST.
your first post suggested EStop was active bt this is not seen in attached screenshot:
i think you just read the comment part at the bottom of the screen, without realizing what it is and that it changes when you select something else.
press button in upper left corner to enable user control by either JOG KEYS, or SPACE MOUSE. since robot needs mastering i strongly suggest to use keys.
then press and hold enabling switch (on the back side of the teach pendant).
now you should see "I" in "SIR" become green and you should be able to move the robot using selected input device.
note, robot that needs mastering, can only be moved axis specific so make sure to select correct coordinate system.
rest of the messages are from UserTech complaining that it cannot find icons for status key. that is not important right now.
BCO Required is not important yet... first you need to get robot mastered....
He has also general motion enable message and all the automatic external signals inputs are set to PLC outputs (they have to be put to default values for $MOVE_ENABLE,$DRIVES_ON,etc) but no PLC 😁
