Process Simulate with Robot Signals

  • I am trying to simulate some robot to robot interference zones in process simulate. I feel like I have done everything correctly but just cant seem to get the zones to operate correctly in "Line Simulation" mode. I have went through all of the tutorials on this and am getting nowhere. Here are some screen shots of the setup from a test cell. What am I missing that basically activates these signals to operate with the OLP commands?


  • Is your current operation "LineOperation"? (in the root of the operation tree)

    When a sub-operation is the current operation, robot signals do not work.


    If this is the case, the fix is:

    Select "LineOperation" from the operation tree.

    Operations => Set Current Operation

    Please share me the SS of your Logic block signals connections. I need to check your IO mapping is done in the exact manner to initialize the Robot interference zone.
