Hi!
in "Physical IOs" -> "IO Map Editor" you can link an hardware output to check if a dummy plug is used instead the MCP. So you can export the information.
In VAL3 I see no method to get it directly. Of course your PLC can send the status information from the IO Map Editor again and you can read it in VAL3.
Perhaps this little information will help you.
Hello,
you have the variable
$KCP_connect
$KCP_TYPE
KIDY: In which addon/licence is this function integrated?
i know
$KCP_connect
$KCP_TYPE
only from KUKA
I´m pretty sure this command does not exist in VAL3.
i_robot72: Do you use CS8C or CS9, that makes a difference.
Excuse me. I thought you were on Kuka.
sorry i was afk . I'm on CS9.
On a CS9 Controller you can create a new DIO variable and map it in the "Physical IOs -> RSI9 -> digital inputs ->ImpcPlug". Now you can use the variable in your VAL3 application.
Not sure, maybe the system IO could have it...
