don't see how would that be possible. palletizer robots do not have A4 axis.
to determine load robot need to be able to move freely about TCP in any direction (rotate A,B,C)

Will not work. You want to identify something with 6 dof with only 5 available dof. This is not possible according to physics laws. KUKA does not sell LDD licenses for palletizer. How can you install the software without a license? So why document something that is no product?
