Fanuc Calaborwtive Line tracking Robot

  • I have a fanuc Calaborative robot that im setting up for line tracking. I have done several of these but for some reason I'm getting a MOTN-369 Clamp of Cart cannot be calculated now. I can teach a point in line tracking but the next time I try to go back to the same point I get this error. Even if I move just a few mm's.

    Anyone have any ideas?

  • Good afternoon. The times I have had this issue I would have to start the program over re-running the line tracking logic. Also make sure your encoder is moving at a consistent speed onto the trigger.
