Activating Collision detection from PLC

Hello guys, I'm trying to activate collision detection on a KRC2 ed05 KSS 5.6 and I was reading in the manual that I have to set TRUE from my PLC a variable called sTQM_SPSACTIVE which is located in the in the config.dat file in order to be able to use collision detection in EXT Mode. When we bought the robot from a reseller the robot was pretty much empty soo the config.dat is also empty. What I should do in this case?

I have to declare the variable myself or I can find her in another folder, I searched the system variable manual for that variable but didn't find anything?

I think I got 1-2 Folds but I will come back tomorrow with a screenshot to be 100% sure.

Yes, my config.dat in the STEU directory is empty but in the system the file size of config.dat is 25kB and there is 3 FOLDS.

1    BASISTECH GLOBALS
2    AUTOEXT GLOBALS
3    USER GLOBALS

I guess the variable what I'm looking for is in the AUTOEXT FOLD but I can't open that fold, I tried to stop the SPS and deselect any other program. What I should do to be able to open that FOLD?
