Fanuc R-J2 (S-420iF) hangs up shortly after successful start

Hello, We have recently purchasedan old Fanuc S-420iF robot with an R-J2 controller and we have atleast a problem with it. We know that we could contact Fanuc or aspecialized company but their intervention would cost time than thedouble or triple of what we have paid for the robot and, as a familycompany struggling to start, we do not have the money at this stage.It is a also good opportunity for us to learn more about our robot. The system boots upcorrectly (with some faults, notably the SRVO 062, because thebatteries were depleted) and we can navigate the menus. However, in1-2 minutes after power on the whole system hangs up: the teachpendant does not respond anymore (without a specific message of anysort) and a red LED (the one of the right) lights up on the main CPUboard. The teachpendant/controller hangs up regardless whether we navigate the menusor just let it wait. It is very important tonote that it does not hang when started in bmon (boot monitor). We have done a COLD STARTbut this hasn't fixed the problem. The image below showsthe status of the main CPU board LEDs in the hung up state. The greenLED-s are on since the end of the initial tests. According to a version of the "FANUC Robotics SYSTEM R-J2 ControllerMaintenance Manual" that we found on the internet, they indicatethat “If the robot’s status is normal, all the status LEDs willbe lit.” According to the same manual, the status and alarm LEDsindicate that the main CPU board passes (before the teach pendant isready to display) successfully a number of tests regarding the CPU PCboard, the memory modules and the axis module. Which tells us thatthese modules should be ok. Unfortunately this manual does not saywhat happens to the alarm LEDs after the teach pendant is ready todisplay. We guess that it is the software (Sealing Tool for this controller) manual that presentsthat. We do not have any SealingTool manual so we would grateful for any help in fixing this problem. It will work, all the PSU's of RJ-2 with the same partnumber are interchangeble.
The only thing on RJ-2 i ran into trouble with are the axis- daughterboards on the servodrive.
Some versions of daughterboards won't work on some versions of servodrive.
And all of the daugterboards have to be the same version.
